Content
The course is a continuance of the fall semesters courses: Methodology I, Constitutional Law and Private Law I. It consists of practical assignments in the fields of constitutional law and private law that will be handed out during lectures, where additional material and information will be delegated to students who will in turn complete the assignments either at home or in class. The assignments will be reviewed in class. They can either be short and simple (focusing the training more on methodology) or more complicated and require extensive research.
Learning outcome - Objectives
At the end of the course, stundents should be equipped with: Knowledge: Students should have deepened their knowledge of the material from the courses Methodology, Constitutional Law and Private Law. Understand the importance of methodology required to solve practical assignments in those fields. Skills and competences: Have received training in researching information, validate it and independently solve practical assignments in private law and constitutional law using legal methodology.
