2023- ETHICA: the path to a common code of ethics for international criminal judges. Expert group of international judges and academics, organized by the French national shool for the judicary (ENM), in collaboration with the International Nuremberg Principles Academy and the Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights 


2023- Expert group to explore the potential of MOOT courts to develope in-depth knowledge and practical skills of prosecutors and judges in relation to money-laundering, organized by the EU Global Facility on Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing and the  Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights 

2016-2020 Nordic exceptionalism in international criminal justice, funded by NOS-HS. See mandate and participants at  http://jura.ku.dk/icourts/research/nordic-exceptionalism/


2008-2011 Project Director of DOMAC, a research project funded by the European Commission under its 7th Framework Programme. The project studied the impact of international courts on prosecution of serious crimes at the national level and undertook a large scale investigation on the national justice mechanism in various countries of conflict. Participants were Reykjavik University, University of Amsterdam, University College London, Hebrew University and Westminster University.
