Content The purpose of the course is to provide students with a basic knowledge of theories and concepts of Company law (50%), Competition law (20%), Stock market law (20%) and Debt collection procedure (10%).  Main legal principles, judgements and decisions of authorities and courts in the field are explored.  Special attention is given to various forms of legal documents that are used in business practice. Learning outcome - Objectives Collection of facts, concepts, theories and techniques acquired by students. The student should: - have gained a basic understanding of the general legal principles in the fields of company law, competition law, stock market law and debt collection procedure The ability to apply knowledge to different tasks. At the course´s completition, students will have an overview of legal practice in company law, competition law, stock market law and debt collection procedure, and a basic understanding of how to respond to situations and legal complications that can arise in business practice.
